Three Crowns Stables has been established in 2017 in Hengelo, the Netherlands by David Ljungcrantz. From that moment on, Megan - then still in the background - was also involved with the company. From 2021 they decided to join forces and Megan became co-owner.

David grew up in a horse family in Hyby Sweden. His mom was a dressage rider whilst his father was breeding horses. David has been riding for as long as he can remember. After his school days David emigrated to Germany where he gained a lot of experience riding for the biggest names such as for Beerbaum and Schockemohle. Thanks to this period, David has acquired all the expertise to successfully train young horses to Grand Prix level. All the above has provided him with many contacts worldwide and therefore a network at the highest level.

She got her first pony on her 7th birthday and from then on horses and equestrian sports have been a major part of her life. This resulted in a successful show jumping career at national and international level. During her studies she gained all-round work experience in various departments in her father's internationally operating company, Silk-ka. After obtaining her master's degree in Psychology Megan started her own practice specializing in trauma processing & mental coaching athletes. Nowadays she and her husband David are running TCS were Megan is responsible for the operational and financial management.

Sjanine followed her education in horse management at the Zone College in Almelo. At the same time, she started working in horse stables. The horse virus struck her at a young age and she, like her team members, started riding early. At Three Crowns Stables she is responsible for the care of the horses and she occasionally accompanies David to competitions. “The best about working at TCS is working with living animals. Through good training you can watch them grow into top functioning sport horses.” Being able to contribute to this - within this ambitious and friendly team - gives her satisfaction and pleasure.

Ebba’s enthusiasm and passion for horses started at a very young age. She studied young horse education at Bollerup, Sweden. During these 3 years she learned a great deal about various matters such as following the horses from foal to the 3-years test. Today she works at Three Crowns Stables, making sure the horses are having a happy and healthy life. Besides that she is present at shows and trainings.

‘The best about working at Three Crowns Stables is to work with these lovely animals because it brings me so much happiness.

The horses can still be horses and are growing up in a great way to become the future stars'.
